Rates are exclusive of utility charges which shall be paid at the end of every month or expiry of the tenancy, whichever happens first.
A one (1) month deposit sum equivalent to the rental sum shall be payable in addition to the rental sum payable for the selected unit.
All prices are fixed is no discount will be entertained.
Extra Bed is available at the rate of RM50 per month, limited to one (1) unit only per suite.
These rates are valid up to December 2011 for internet and walk-in bookings only and are valid for local and foreign tenants.

All rates are subject to change without any prior notice unless the booking fee has been paid for the former price.
Suite reservation is subject to the payment of the requisite booking fee and is subject to availability.
Booking fee can be made vide major credit cards or remitted to the Company’s banking account – See how to make a reservation and pay.
No booking fee will be returned in the event of any cancellation of the booking made.
We reserve the right to charge a surcharge of RM200 per head for each extra headcount per unit beyond the maximum occupancy allowed.
Each suite (except the Executive Suite) is equipped with cutleries (crockery is not included).
Hair dryers and irons are available but shall be provided only upon request. |
